The hotel itself was a well-maintained option. There were a safe box, a mini bar, and a sofa bed in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The breakfast was great with tomato and cheese, for instance, very amiable and amazingly attentive staff.

The breakfast is sensational with cheese and tomato, as for instance, had everything you could imagine. The room is large with excellent storage. For sure I will be back.

the suite was spacious and well cleaned daily. the spa facilities were excellent, with a variety of saunas and steam rooms. the morning buffet had a great selection and the lunch refreshments were nice. the 6-course dinner was also fantastic. the staff in the restaurant and bar provided excellent service and the food was of high quality. a superb place with wonderful hospitality. Cons: No negatives.

We had an amazing time at a hotel with great access to the slopes and the city. the location in the basement was perfect with direct access to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the city or reach the slopes. the room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide selection of food. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the spa facilities were great.

We did have trouble finding a place to dry our shoes after skiing and would have appreciated a shoe-heating or drying system.

The hotel had decent amenities, including free internet and parking. The location was great, close to ski lifts and après-ski spots. We really appreciated the indoor pool and gym facilities.

The breakfast options were basic and we were unhappy with the constant smells coming from the restaurant. Additionally, the staff were often lacking in helpfulness and seemed indifferent to our needs. not recommended.

I recently stayed at Hotel Plattenhof for a weekend getaway. The service and staff in the restaurant and bar were fantastic, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The food, especially the dinner options, was of great quality. The wellness area, although showing its age compared to newer hotels, was still well-maintained and clean. It provided a relaxing space to unwind after a day of skiing.

Totally recommend this hotel.
